Cycling Test – Train – Test
Not everyone can make time to get to our Lancaster training center for the cycling and TRX sessions. So we are offering a 3 Month training plan that starts and ends with a cycling VO2 test. The VO2 test is the most accurate test we give to determine your exact training ranges and potential (check out the Endurance Testing page for details). Every day you will receive an email from your Training Peaks account with the plan for the day to keep you motivated and on track.
Your training plan is created to match your fitness and your goals – first half century, century, 200 K, Gran Fondo, racing… your fitness, your goal, your training plan.
$99.95 per month for Heart Rate based training
$124.95 per month for Power based training (includes reading power files)
Running Test – Train – Test
If you are just starting to run or have a stretch goal like Boston qualifying, you need a plan to get you where you want to be. We are offering a 3 Month training plan that starts and ends with a running VO2 test. The VO2 test is the most accurate test we give to determine your exact training ranges and potential. Every day you will receive an email from your Training Peaks account with the plan for the day to keep you motivated and on track.
Your training plan is created to match your fitness and your goals – Walk, Wun, Run – 5 K, 10 K, Half Marathon, Full Marathon, Warrier Dash, etc. Your fitness, your goal, your training plan.

Triathlon Test – Train – Test
Training for a triathlon of any distance is demanding, you need a plan to get you where you want to be. We are offering a training plans that includes cycling and running VO2 tests. The VO2 test is the most accurate test we give to determine your exact training ranges for cycling and running. These will be different and will ensure you reach your potential without over training. Every day you will receive an email from your Training Peaks account with the plan for the day to keep you motivated and on track.
