We recommend the Power and Endurance Session for riders who want OPTIMIZED power, endurance and ride comfort.

- Demanding Events: Columbus Fall Challenge, Mountain Momma, Assault on Mount Mitchell, Multi day tours averaging over 100 miles per day, etc

- Or, for riders placing an order for a Custom Frame design

Step 1) Begins with a video motion capture cycling position and Spin Scan power delivery analysis. You will view your current position and pedaling technique at high cadence and under load in the assessment phase.
Step 2) 15 skeletal and anatomic measurements are taken , using these detailed measurements the cyclist is placed in the optimal position for power and endurance using the Wobble-naught position system. Cyclist position includes: Cleat Placement, Saddle Height and Tilt Adjustment, Saddle Fore/Aft Adjustment, Handlebar Positioning usi

ng Stem Rise and Length along with bar angle and lever placement.
Step 3) The Video motion capture and Spin Scan is used to develop the optimal position and pedal technique. Pedal technique adjustments are recommended and viewed using these tools as you practice the optimized technique.
