We use the video motion capture and Spin Scan and Coaching analysis tools to assess and perfect your pedaling technique. You will view your current pedaling technique at high cadence and under load in the assessment phase. Pedal technique adjustments are recommended and viewed using these tools as you practice the optimized technique.
