Basic Cycling Session:

We recommend the Basic Cycling Session for riders who want ride comfort for proper technique to reduce the chance of injury

Examples are those participating in:

  • 10-30 Mile tours, Groveport or Slate Run Pelatonia routes
  • Weekly ride mileage of less than 50 miles
  • “C/D” Club Rides
  • Or, for riders purchasing a city or cruiser bike

Step 1) Begins with a video motion capture cycling position. Using this analysis, the cyclist is placed in a position for basic cycling. Cyclist position includes: Saddle Height and Tilt Adjustment, Saddle Fore/Aft Adjustment, Handlebar Positioning using Stem Rise and Length along with bar angle.

Step 2) Video motion capture is used to coach pedal technique.
