Why we do what we do…

Cycling Position:

The correct alignment of the rider with their bicycle is the most important investment that a rider can make in power and endurance. Physical discomfort degrades the cyclists performance, however with proper alignment the stress and strain that most riders have expected from long and challenging rides can be replaced with comfort and confidence. The result is improved power and endurance.

Pedal Technique Coaching:

Proper pedaling technique will reduce cycling related injury by correct use of the human skeletal structure. Delivering power around the entire arc of the pedal stroke will increase the power delivered and optimize cadence.

VO2 Testing:

VO2 Max/Thresh hold testing will allow a cyclist to optimize training rides to maximize the results from the time spent on training rides (indoor and outdoor)

By offering you a private studio setting for this personal service you can expect our full attention to your cycling performance

What we are not…

We are not a bike shop, we don’t “repair” bikes, we won’t try to sell you a new bike. What we will do is put you in the best position on your current bike.
